Purchase Options

Our feature-rich billing solution is sold in four editions. All editions contain the same features but are separated by the number of concurrent calls.

The four editions are...

  • Express Edition (Up to 25 concurrent calls)
  • Lite Edition (Up to 100 concurrent calls)
  • Standard Edition (Up to 200 concurrent calls)
  • Enterprise Edition (200+ concurrent calls)

Option 1: License Purchase

In this option you would be responsible for the purchase of all hardware and software licensing. We will install our system on your premise and connect to your existing telephony infrastructure.

There is a one-time fee for the license, implementation and configuration which also includes training and the first year of unlimited web-based support.

Support and Maintenance contracts are available for subsequent years.

Option 2: Turnkey Monthly Rental

Option 2 is our "Turnkey" solution. Using our billing software, combined with a hosted soft-switch, we are able to offer clients a turnkey multi-tenant billing and/or a prepaid calling card solution.

The monthly price is based on concurrent calls.

There is a one-time fee for implementation, configuration and training.

Support and quarterly software updates are included in the monthly fee.

Option 3: Billing Software Lease

You may already have your own telephony infrastructure in place and only require a billing and customer management system. In this scenario we would install and implement our billing software on-premise.

The monthly price is based on concurrent calls and you can cancel your service at any time.

There is a one-time fee for implementation, configuration and training.

Support and quarterly software updates are included in the monthly fee.

This option reduces your up-front costs as you do not need to purchase a license.
