Inc", "us", "we" and "our". The Customers are referred to as "customers", "you"
and "your".
At DTH Software, Inc, the security and integrity of our customers' personal information
is important to us. We take every reasonable measure necessary to protect the privacy
of our customers while providing the high level communication services they expect.
1. Information you provide or that is obtained by DTH will be used by us
to enable us to review, develop and improve the services which we offer and provide
you and other customers (via mail, email telephone or otherwise) with information
about new products and services and special offers we think you will find valuable.
We may also inform you about new products and services and special offers of selected
third parties.
Customer information falls into two categories:
A) Identifiable. This information is only required from customers when they
choose to enquire further about our services. By providing your name and email address
and telephone number you are agreeing to allow DTH to contact you regarding your
enquiry and any DTH promotions and services in which you may be interested in.
Personal information collected by DTH is information about an identifiable individual
that may include such information as your name, e-mail address, billing address,
phone number, financial information, and any recorded complaints.
B) Non-identifiable Information. DTH's website use "cookies". These are small
text files that are placed onto your hard drive when you visit the pages of our
websites. By recording this information we can monitor how customers use our sites
and thus identify areas to improve or develop. Also a cookie helps to tailor visits
to our sites to your needs by remembering what services and products you expressed
interests in. Most browsers contain information in their help functions on how to
block cookies. If you decide to block cookies to your computer you might find that
you are unable to make use of certain functions on the websites. Personally identifiable
information is not stored in cookies.
2. At DTH, we collect customer information for one or more of the following
purposes:
- To provide a positive customer experience, and deliver, bill for, and collect payment
for products and services;
- To understand customer requirements and make information available regarding products
and services offered by DTH and its agents, dealers and related companies;

required by law. DTH retains personal information only as long as necessary for
the fulfillment of those purposes.

targeted to minors.
4. Our Web Site may use "cookies" so we can better serve you with customized
information when you return to our Web Site. Cookies are identifiers which a web
site can send to your browser to facilitate your next visit to our Web Site. You
can set your browser to notify you when you are sent a cookie, giving you the option
to decide whether or not to accept it.
5. Our Web Site may contain links to other web sites. Please be aware that
we are not responsible for the privacy practices of web sites not operated by us
or an entity of DTH. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of each and
every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement
applies solely to information collected by our Web Site.
6. To insure secure online payment the Web Site uses a technology called SSL (Secure Socket Layer). SSL encrypts
all communications between your computer and our server so that the information
can only be read and understood by us. A closed lock in the bottom left (Netscape)
or right (Internet Explorer) corner of your browser window shows a secure connection.
For further information, please consult your browser's security specifications.
If your browser is equipped with SSL (i.e. Netscape 2.0 and higher, Internet Explorer
3.0 and higher) your transaction will automatically be secured. The common standard
in the Internet to signal a secure site is a closed lock at the bottom of the browser.
As long as the lock is displayed closed your information is secure and encrypted
to avoid abuse. If you click the secure transaction link and still cannot see the
closed lock, the reason may be that the window is in nested in another frame. To
check that you have a secure connection (in Internet Explorer), click the right
mouse button and properties, then certificates. Then you will see if the connection
is secure or not. Another way (in Netscape) is to click the right mouse button and
'view frame info' at the bottom of the text you will see security information.
7. DTH has in place privacy and security practices to safeguard our customers'
personal information. These practices are reviewed, and if necessary revised, on
a regular basis.
