How To Create a VoIP Customer

Creating a customer in DTH begins by clicking Setup>>New Customer from the main menu.

This page will prompt you for customer name, address, contact and billing information. Once this has been entered, you can click Save.

At this point you have base customer created in the billing system but we still need to configure additional items in order to bill the customer for services you are providing.

The next step is assigning VoIP services to an account.
