Free Call Rating and Taxation Service
DTH Software, Inc is happy to offer a free, hosted call rating and taxation service.
This service was designed primarily for companies who need to rate and tax their customer's call
records but may not be able to justify implementation of a full VoIP Billing and Customer Management system.
Using our service is simple...
- Sign up for an account.
- Import your rate sheets.
- Enter Account Codes (optional).
- Configure taxes (optional).
- Upload your call records. (file upload or SOAP API)
- Receive a rated/taxed call record file in return.
Once you get your rated file back, you can use your accounting system (QuickBooks®, etc) to send out your invoices.
We currently support our Native CSV,
Asterisk® CSV,
VoIP Innovations and Sansay VSXi file formats. We will be adding additional formats based on user feedback. You can request additional CDR formats on our
User Group.
File upload is suitable for postpaid environments while the SOAP API is suitable for real-time or prepaid environments.
